About This Activity

 Level 1-3. Are you looking to combine fitness and fun?  Learn the fundamental moves of hooping and hula! Hoop your way into great shape!  Hooping tones your entire body, improves your balance and is a great cardio workout!   Please wear fitness shoes and bring your own water bottle.  Weighted hoops provided.  Instructor: Tonji Zimmerman. 1 class
