Traditional Japanese Martial Arts training program taught under the J.Corpus Martial Arts Program. Professor Jesse Cheyenne Corpus and his certified assistant instructors lead this class, which includes; physical exercise, non-contact traditional Shoto Kan forms or KATAs (a series of choreographed moves), self-defense applications, eastern philosophy meditation. The culture of Karate Do is prevalent in this class. A goal-based program, which keeps students interested while teaching them the values of perseverance, self-control, and personal victory.
Maximum number of participants is 35.
