This training program is structured in a family oriented atmosphere with the basic principles of "Ohana", in addition to honor, integrity and respect. The program keeps students interested by teaching values of perseverance, self-control, and both team and personal victory. The martial arts portion of the class includes; physical fitness exercise, non-contact traditional martial arts forms or KATAs (a series of choreographed moves), self-defense techniques and meditation. Additional training class is available, details provided first day of instruction.
