What's Included

Put on your Sleuth caps and get your spy glass out. This class will bring out the super sleuth in the students as they create and solve a mystery to perform, while learning character development, staying in character, concentration, improvisational skills, working off of other actors, and comedy. What will the mystery be? Who are the suspects? Who did it? Come to the Mystery Improv and find out. Instructor Bio: John C. Waldron has been working as an actor, instructor, and director for over 20 years. He received a BFA in Theatre from Virginia Commonwealth University. John teaches theatre classes and workshops with Mount Vernon Community Children's' Theatre, Compass Homeschool Enrichment, Dodgeball Theatre, NUR Montessori and the Prince William County Senior Center in which he created and formed The Past Time Prime Time Players. He is a performer and production manager with Murder Upon Request. Productions that he has directed include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Aldersgate Church Community Theatre and The Beverly Hillbillies at MVCCT. He can be seen in the movie 'Talk To Me' as well as an episode of Investigative Discovery Channel's 'Who the Bleep?' as a Doo Wop singer.
