International Medical Delegation-El Salvador
IMD-El Salvador is a non-profit student organization at UNM comprised of 20 exceptional students dedicated to improving healthcare disparities on a global level. Each year, our organization travels to El Salvador and works in impoverished communities across the country by providing essential medical care they would otherwise go without. We fundraise all year to pay for medication and doctors to support us during these medical brigades.
Please visit http://fundly.com/imd-el-salvador to donate to our cause and help us decrease international healthcare disparities.
Prizes will be awarded to winners of the race, and we will be raffling off gift certificates to local businesses. Refreshing Salvadoran horchata will also be served after the race!
