Aqua Aerobics - Sunday Mornings

About This Activity

Class starts with warm up and dynamic stretches, then progresses to moderate or high intensity cardio intervals. Following that we do strength, toning, balance & coordination, then end with static stretching. The class can accommodate all levels with modification techniques for each exercise, including non-swimmers and lower intensity. No one is expected to put their head under water (although our hair can get wet from splashing).  

There will be 3 class sections offered.  Each class meeting is 1 hour long.
