Brief Description
Capital District Youth Rugby U14 Program a non-contact version of rugby for children in grades 1-8. Children will run, pass, support, learn team work and problem solve while gaining confidence.
Equipment needed:
shorts, sneakers or soccer cleats - Game T-shirt will be provided.
Additional Information
Games will be played Saturday mornings, 10:00am - 11:15am, at the University at Albany Rugby field [intramural field].
All sizes, abilities are welcome. Everyone plays!
