This game provides constant exhilaration and team playing—best of all, it can be learned by people of a wide variety of athletic ability. With the right techniques, Frisbee will provide countless hours of entertainment at the park, beach, or college lawn. Whether you are interested in learning Frisbee basics or want to understand the concept of Ultimate Frisbee and play with friends, come to the Abington Area Community Park on Winola Rd. on August 11th-13th from 6-8 pm.
