The Move: Side Plank on Straps

What It Works: Arms, Core, Back, Cardio (Calorie Burner)
Playground Equipment You'll Need: Swings

Step 1

 

Lie on your left side with your left hand positioned under your torso and your feet stacked on top of each other and resting in the strap. To modify place both feet on the swing.

 

 

 

Step 2

 

Lift your body so that it is parallel to the floor and hold this position for several seconds, making sure that only your left hand is touching the floor.

 

 

 

Step 3

 

Hold the position for several deep breaths, lower yourself back to starting position and switch sides.
