Green Tea Rice and Mint Cooler

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 3 teaspoons mint syrup
  • 2 cups ice cubes

  • pinch of ground black peppercorns
  • 2 cups ice cubes
