Description
The 2nd Annual Winnetka Turkey Trot will take place on Thanksgiving Day at 9 a.m., in Winnetka, Illinois. The Turkey Run will take place on the beautiful trails of the Skokie Lagoons forest preserve. Run or walk in the 5k or sign the children up for Kids Turkey Dash. Celebrate your race with Caribou Hot Cider and Coffee and delicious refreshments at the Finish Line! All participants will receive a performance shirt and kids will receive a tee shirt too!
New this year, Kids Play while the Parents Run/Walk! We have Nick Connell, Balloon Artist Extraordinaire, will be at the race! Parents need to pre-reg their kids! Space filling up!
All Participants are asked to bring Canned Goods or a warm jacket to benefit our charity WINGS, for homeless and abused women and children. Some of the proceeds will go to WINGS.
Race Day Register opens at 8:00am-8:45am Shirts are not Guaranteed.
