3rd Annual 5K4 Caitlin - Race, Walk & Children's Fun Run on the picturesque back roads of Westtown NY, to benefit The Caitlin M. Hammaren Memorial Foundation. * 5:00 * PM Start from Bella Vista Holiday Spa, 22 Bergerons Road, Westtown NY (Ex2 off I84). T-shirts to all pre-registered applicants, Trophies to top male and female, Awards 3-deep in extensive age groups: 13 & under, 14-17, 18-20, 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and over. Accurate 5K (3.109 mile) Course: USATF Certification # NY09010JG. Course measurements Brian Cavanagh. Course layout by Caitlin's dad, Chris Hammaren. Chris and the Warwick Runners Club (160 members strong) directed a 5K in the mid 1990's from The Warwick Winery in Pine Island that people loved. The 1st Annual 5K4 Caitlin in Warwick, NY, drew over 600 participants and last years over 350. $20 pre-entry fee includes Meal, Wine, Treats and Massages. 50/50 and Raffle tickets will be available to purchase, for the extensive selection of prizes. Live entertainment by Jonny Rosch who's played with Billy Squire ("The Stroke"), Bo Diddley, and recently toured with the"Blues Brothers in Japan. Timing by Al Sutclif's Fast Finishes.
