"Run in the Dirt for the Hurt" 5K is the first annual fundraiser hosted by the American Medical Student Association from the USF College of Medicine. The funds raised will benefit the local free clinics in the Tampa Bay area: BRIDGE Healthcare Clinic, Judeo Christian Health Clinic, Brandon Outreach Clinic, and San Jose Mission Clinic in Dover. The clinics provide healthcare to the underserved in our community, including medical services, physical therapy, and social services, all free of charge.We hope to not only raise money to help these clinics provide these services, but to raise awareness of the clinics, as well as to promote collaboration among them in order to provide the best care possible to the underserved of our communities.
*Please note that the trail is off-road and runners should be aware of the uneven terrain.
*Parking at the park is $2 per vehicle (cash)
****Registration begins at 7:30am and the race begins at 8:30am!
