Description
The SOS 5K run & family event is being held to benefit the Jr. High sports programs in the Utica Community Schools (UCS). Committed parents, educators, community members and students stepped up to the challenge to preserve the sports programs at seven junior high schools.
Join us as a sponsor, walker or competitive runner or just bring your family for some food and fun. Each family attending the event will receive a packet of fun summer fun coupons for activities for ongoing fun throughout the summer from our sponsors.
Event schedule and times
On June 10th the 5K race and family event will begin at 12:00 noon. Race/Walk registration begins at 10:00a.m. at the park. Race/Walk participant costs are $15 for students and $20 for adults. Pre-register by May 24th to guarantee a free t-shirt. Registration available the day of event for $25. Those registrants not guaranteed to receive t-shirt, we will have limited sizes and quantities available day of event
Prizes for top female/male overall and top female/male in both 7th & 8th grade.
