The Me-One Foundation is a non-profit corporation created to provide adult cancer patients and their families with an environment where they can be allowed to embrace life without cancer as the first and foremost thought of their every waking moment. The Me-One Foundation will provide families with activities and events to promote courage, hope, laughter, and enjoyment through Camp Challenge. Camp Challenge is a no-cost camp for families afflicted by cancer and in need of a place of joy and relaxation that will focus them on living life, and not fighting disease. By providing this haven of hope, we allow families to be victorious, even if temporarily, over cancer, and keeping life’s scoreboard at Cancer-Zero; Me-One.

Camp Challenge is a place where adults with cancer/cancer survivors can go with their family and friends to spend time away from the hectic and often stressful routine of doctor visits and treatments. This cost-free camp offers a variety of fun camp related activities and spa type amenities for people of all ages in a woodsy camp environment, always mindful of the safety and special needs of the campers. Camp Challenge provides an environment where family and friends can also learn more about cancer related topics. It is a place to laugh, cry, and embrace life together. Invitations to attend Camp Challenge are based upon completed applications and review by the selection committee. Persons with illnesses closely related to cancer, patients in remission, and/or people with other situations wherein the Camp Challenge directors deem attendance appropriate, are also welcomed under special circumstances. Camp Challenge is held in Petaluma, California at Walter Creek Ranch.
