Since 1981, Kappa Delta Sorority has been a proud supporter of Prevent Child Abuse America, an organization founded by the late Donna Stone, one of our own Kappa Delta sisters. To date, Kappa Delta has donated over $7.1 million to help prevent child abuse in our country. We encourage you to participate in our Shamrock Event to join Kappa Delta in making great things happen in the lives of children.
When: Saturday, September 29th, 2012
Where: Outside clock tower, Wilson Commons, University of Rochesters River Campus
What: 5K Run/Walk & Kids Fun Run (half a mile)
Purpose of event: 80% of the proceeds will be donated to Prevent Child Abuse New York
Fees: $7 for Fun Run (Age 12 and under), $15 for 5K before September 24; $20 for 5K after deadline or same-day registration
Group discount: Register 10 or more runners on a team and registration cost is reduced to $12 before September 24th
Parking: Available at the Intercampus Lot
