Come and be a part of the 3rd Annual Lancer 5000! Located on the California Baptist University Campus in Riverside, CA, the aim of this community 5K run/walk is to promote health and wellness in the Riverside community while providing a fast and competitive 5K race to southern California. All proceeds from this race go towards helping support the CBU Cross Country and Track Programs.
The 5 Kilometer race takes place on a flat and fast course around the CBU campus, and is always very competitive. Past results can be found at cbulancers.com. There will be a 1 Kilometer Kiddie Run for children 12 and under, and every participant will receive a participation certificate.
Awards will be given out to the top 3 male and female finishers, as well as medals to the top 3 male and female finishers in each respective age category. There will be lots of free food and water, as well as Chic-fil-A and Monster Energy Drinks! Prizes will also be raffled off at the end of the race. The morning will be enjoyable for everyone, whether you are a recreational walker or a competitive runner. We look forward to seeing you on November 3rd at the 3rd Annual Lancer 5000!
