Description
Grace Community Church will hold its first annual Miles for Missions 5K on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012 at 9am, with a Kids' Dash at 10am. Proceeds from the race will benefit local ministries that provide life-saving services to combat homelessness, hunger and poverty in our area.
This is a certified 5K course.
Register now! Adult registration is $25.00 until January 20, 2012; $30.00 after. FREE BABYSITTING and post race soup for all participants.
Awards will be presented to the top three male, female, and couples overall and masters finishers, as well as to the top three male and female finishers in each of the following age groups: 15-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up.
Run as a couple and compete with other couples for best combined time in the sweetheart division!
Event schedule and times
Men's and Women's Competitive and Recreational 5K run or walk will be at 9am; Kids' Dash at 10am. Packet pickup will be available on Friday, 2/11 from 4-7pm at Grace Community Church; check-in and day-of registration on 2/11 will begin at 7am. Soup and bread for everyone after the events!
