A 1K or 5K-ish Run/Walk in Costume Along the Trails of the Oxford Community Park.
A Great Evening of FUN for the Whole Family to Enjoy!
The money raised will support The Luna Cares Fund, created to help local women battling cancer with the financial burdens caused from medical costs incurred during treatments. We believe in supporting cancer research but understand the lack of support for patients that are in need of help NOW, following the formidable diagnosis
Registration fee Includes a T-Shirt and an After Run / Costume Party at the Knolls of Oxford. The Costume Party will have food provided by Larosas of Oxford, drinks, prizes, raffles, and lots of laughs!
We strongly encourage each participant to create their own website for collecting individual sponsorships to help grow this amazing Fund. Prizes will be rewarded for the registrants with the highest collections. The top prizes include a year of free haircuts from Luna Blu Salon & Spa!
Check-in begins at 3pm at the Gazebo, (near the baseball diamonds). The 1K does require a parent to accompany all participants under the age of 5. The 1K will begin at 4:30 pm and the 5K will begin at 6:00 pm with the Costume After-Party to follow.
