Description
Featuring the famous, friendly, fast, and scenic course past the orchards and historical sites of Kinderhook. Age group awards in 5-year categories from 14 and under through 75-79 and 80 and above. All proceeds (typically over $6,000 total) donated to local charities and non-profit community organizations. Bring a canned or boxed food item (or cash or check donation) for the food pantry. Enjoy the local high-school bands and singers and possibly run a PR.
Join the Kinderhook Runners Club and Save

USATF Adirondack Grand Prix Event
The OK 5k is now part of the USATF Adirondack Grand Prix Series and will feature chip timing. To join USATF go to http://www.usatfadir.org or call 518 273-5552. USATF membership # is required for USATF Grand Prix scoring. Be sure to include your USATF # on the online race form if you are a Grand Prix participant.
Register Before June 1 and Save!
Prices for the 5k race go up to $20 for all runners in all categories (including students and KRC members) on June 1.

8:40 AM - Reading Ramble, 50 and 100 yard dash (ages 6 and under)
8:15 AM - 1-mile Kids Run (ages 4-12)
