Description
Ian's 5k is a very hilly course. It will challenge your normal pace. Are you a fast runner? You will not get your best time on this course. It will put you to the test. If you are an average runner, this course is a great way to take yourself to the next level. When you finish this race , you will have a runner's high (even though you will be tired). Test your skill, stamina and your determination on this course.
- All proceeds go for the education and research to St Judes and Tenessee Hemophilia and beeding disorders foundation. Our son Ian has severe Hemophilia A. He is missing the clotting agent factor 8. Basically his blood does not clot. His bruising can easily lead to ireversible joint damage and continual bleeding under the skin. The cost for his medicines fall between $80,000 - $120,000 a year. We would love to find a cure. Please help us by running in and or donating for this event.

The road to the course will close 5 minutes before the race.
1st, 2nd, 3rd place awards will be given in 5 year counts.
14 and under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29 etc.
