Join us for the 3nd Annual Panther Prowl 5K run and 1 mile run/walk to help raise money for the Helena Middle School Athletic Department. The 5K run will begin at 8:00 a.m., and the 1 mile run/walk will begin at 9:00 a.m. The course will begin in the Helena Middle School parking lot and will go down Hillsboro Parkway, looping back to HMS via the paved jogging/nature trail that runs along Hillsboro Parkway. The course does have a few rolling hills. Each participant registered by Friday, October 5, 2012 will be guaranteed a t-shirt. Winners in each category will be recognized. Each participant's time will be posted. It is going to be a fun event for the entire family. Race packets can be picked up on Friday afternoon, 10-12-12, at HMS from 4:00 to 6:00. A table will be set up outside the cafeteria. You will also be able to pick up your packet on the morning of the race at 7:00.
