Description
Kick off the month of February with the Listen to Your Heart 5K 'Red Tutu' Run/Walk. Support the American Heart Association with an easy, mostly flat, scenic run around the historic Duckpond neighborhood. The run begins at Gainesville's beautiful Northeast Park. The event is hosted by the Gainesville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Join in on the fun and bring a red tutu to wear during the run! If you don't have one, for a minimal fee, one can be made for you (while supplies last). The first 300 registrants who register by January 4th, will receive a free t-shirt.
Participants on every level are encouraged to join. Proceeds will support the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women program (http://www.goredforwomen.org).
Chip timing services provided by Start2Finish Race Management.
