Cross-Country 5K and 1 Mile Fun-Run. Rain or shine at Gov. Thomas Johnson HS.
Cross-Country 5K: $20 fee before 9/2; $25 thereafter or on race day. On-site registration begins at 11AM; race begins at noon. Official times by Frederick Steeplechasers. Beautiful course around Frederick and Historic Rose Hill Manor. Youth Awards 1st through 3rd male and female in the following categories: Elementary School; Middle School; and High School. Awards to top male and female finishers in the following categories: 18-29; 30-39; 40-49; and 50+.
1 Mile Fun-Run: $5 per participant/$15 cap per family. Children's activities begin at noon on the TJHS track to get them "jazzed up" and ready to go at 1PM. Take 4 laps around the track with your family and friends! Strollers welcome.
