Description
5K run and walk on the white sand beaches of Destin, FL to benefit the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
-Out and back course ON THE BEACH starting and finishing at The Back Porch in Destin, Florida.
-Be sure to sign up for the run if you will run ANY part of the course (runners can walk).
-If you sign up to walk you must walk the entire course; you CANNOT run.
-You will receive a great Son of a Beach soft-side cooler with your registration (first 300 SOB registrations) but you will NOT receive a tshirt (high quality Son of a Beach tshirts are for sale with your registration while supplies last)
-Shadow Run is ONLY for MILITARY who cannot attend due to military obligations/deployment (price includes shipping of your SoB gift; please list address that is good through 15 Mar)
Event schedule and times
-Online registration will close on Thurs, 16 Feb.
-Packet pickup/registration upstairs at The Back Porch in Destin on Fri, Feb 17th from Noon-630pm.
-Day of pickup/registration at The Back Porch 0630-0730 Sat, Feb 18th.
-Run and Walk both start at 0800 on the beach behind The Back Porch in Destin, Florida.
