Description
On April 20th, the inmates at the Boyle County Track detention center are staging a prison break. Join us for this new twist on the classic 5K that places you in the role of prisoner as you make a mad dash for freedom. Along the way you will encounter minor obstacles and find it necessary to evade guards in order to make it to the finish and taste freedom again. Do you have what it takes to escape?
The Prison Break 5K is a trail run and will be conducted rain or shine. Please dress accordingly. In the event of severe or dangerous weather the race will be held on April 21st. There will be no refunds for cancellations on or after April 13th.
Online registration ends April 18th at midnight. Onsite registration will be available and opens at 6:00 p.m.
