Description
This annual race is held in conjunction with the Southern Adventist University's Alumni weekend. The course is on the sidewalks and streets in and around the campus. Running this race is a great way to see the campus! The staging area for the race is in front of Mabel Wood Hall located behind the Southern Adventist University sign at the duck pond. Come join us for a great time with great refreshments and awards. Course record for males Colin Ivey 17:17.61 (2006), and for females Jessica Marlier 18:32.15 (2006). Masters course record for males Robert Davis 18:39 (2010), and for females Linda Anderson 24:22 (2010).
T-Shirts: All pre-registered participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt. Race day registrants will receive T-shirts as supplies last.
Awards for the 5K: Overall Male/Female; Overall Masters Male/Female; Top three Male/Female in age groups 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Awards 1 Mile Fun Run: Medals to top ten finishers.
