Registration, race start, finish and awards presentation are held at the Freeman Fitness Center, located one mile west of Route 1 and Sea Colony Marketplace. The first 200 participants receive a race t-shirts. Post race refreshments and an award ceremony will follow the race at the Freeman Fitness Center with refreshements. REGISTRATION
$20.00 pre-registration fee through November 14, 2012
$25.00 November 15 to race day --registration from 7:00 - 8:50 am

AWARDS
Presented to the male/female 5K Overall and Master Champions as well as the top three finishers in 8 (10 -year) age groups from 9 & under to 80 & over.
AMENITIES
T-shirts guaranteed to the first 200 participants; refreshments; timing and finish line by Seashore Striders Race Production, Inc. This 5k is a 3.1 mile unique course through Sea Colony.
