The Run 4 Living Green is part of the "Living Green in the Kern River Valley Festival" March 11th through March 25th, 2012.
Race description:
Registration Location: Tillie Creek Campground on Lake Isabella
Registration time: 7:00am
Race Time: Kids Free Race at 8:00am, 5/10K start after the Kids Race.
The 5K course is a flat mostly trail run with part of the run through a lush green campground. For the 10K runners, you will run the scenic loop twice. The race follows the FREE 1K Kids Race for runners 9 and under. All participants will receive a 2012 Living Green Stainless Sports Bottle.
Proceeds from the run are shared with Run 4 A-Way, a local nonprofit organization that is dedicated to promoting the well being and fitness of the Kern River Valley, and the Living Green Festival. For more information, email mtl552run@yahoo.com
