Join us for the 3rd annual Run for Haven in the Tioga Town Center with the course going through the Town of Tioga. This event will feature a 5K and 10K run/walk on St. Patrick's Day! Your registration fee includes not only the chip-timed run but a pre-run warm up provided by Laura Javidi who has been a fitness instructor for 10 years at Gainesville Health and Fitness, a post-run party with guest emcee Big Stew from Country 103.7 The Gator, live music by Dottie South and the Slackers, food and drinks from Adam's Rib Co, Blue Highway a Pizzeria, Burkhardt Sales and Services, and Dave's NY Deli; expo booths, awards ceremony and more!
Not a runner but still want to join the fun? Purchase a Post-Party Only ticket and you'll be there to support the runners and a great cause.
Arrive and participate in your St. Patty's Day costumes to be eligible to win a prize!
All proceeds from this event will remain in the community to benefit the thousands of patients and families served by Haven Hospice. Prices of the run is $35 between March 2- 14 (on-line registration closes on March 14) and the price increases to $45 on March 17.
Please note: The 10K does have a trail portion.
Chip timing services will be provided by Start 2 Finish Race Management. On the day of the run, you must be registered or checked-in by 4:10 in order to be chip timed. WE ARE OUT OF SHIRTS and the first 400 finishers will receive a finisher medal.
Starting the afternoon of March 15th, you will be able to pick up your runners-bag at Gainesville Running and Walking in the Tioga Town Center.
