Do 1 or all 3 races and watch your fitness and time improve! All levels are welcome from beginners to advanced. Age-group and overall awards at each individual race and most improved awards (running shoes, free race series, FV tech shirt) to 4 individuals from each the men's 5k, womend's 5k, men's 10k, and womend's 10k.
