Description
Race or walk in a beautiful park with views of Lake Washington along the entire course. Do all 3 events and watch your time and fitness improve.
Everyone who pre-registers for the 3-Race Series will be eligible for the Most Improved Award. Awards will be given to one male and one female in each the 5k and 10k. Winners will recieve a FREE pair of running shoes, a long sleeve high-tech whicking shirt from Fitness For Vitality, and free entry into the next 3-Race Series.
Medals to Top-3 Overall in each division and Top-2 in each age group at each individual race.
Chip timed.
Oatmeal, fruit, coffee, coco, tea, post-race.
10% proceeds shoes for kids.
