Description
This bayside course begins at Rockport Beach Park with views of both Aransas Bay and Little Bay. Walkers will not leave the beach park. Both 5K and 10K runners will depart the beach park, travel through Rockport Harbor, several area attractions, including the Texas Maritime Museum, then travel a short distance along the Downtown Heritage District. Those in the 10K continue along a scenic stretch of Aransas Bay before returning to the beach park. The course is flat and on pavement. Overall male/female winner and age category awards for 1st place finisher in each event. All participants receive an event t-shirt. Sorry, but no dogs permitted in the park.
